You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

What qualifies

New, unused items in their original condition. Used equipment is sold as-is and is not returnable.

Call or text Willy with your order details to arrange a return before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping, including international freight back to our yard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA, is your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping and replace the item or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
